Welcome to BANANASHOPPE!
 Customer GUIDELINES: *HOW TO ODER:
1. Choose and pick an item of your choice.
2. Ask all the questions under the sun and we will gladly answer all of them to the best we can.
3. Once fully decided, FILL up the oder form.
Important: Once order form is fill up, you can no longer back out and is obliged to pay for the item ordered on the price agreed.
Terms && Conditions:
*RESERVATION POLICY:
1. Reserve/Oder item(s) only when you have decided that you want to purchase the item and only when you are 100% sure you will get them.
2. Reservations are only valid if an order form is filled up and as much as possible transactions should be settled within three (3) days. (i.e. schedule for meet up or gcash payments)
3. Please settle final orders before day of shipping or meet up.
4. Reserved items are considered sold. (We immediately order from our suppliers once you reserve an item.)
5. For pre-order items, we will require a 50% down payment if total pre-order items total above 200.
6. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may earn you a spot in our blacklist album. The BANANASHOPPE reserves the right to do so. You have broken our trust. *PAYMENT:  1.) G-CASH [additional 10php for cashing out fee.]
 2.) Payment upon meet up [COD]
 *Important additional information: * For pre-order items that is over 300php we will require 50% down payment before we make the order from supllier. If your item is not available, we will gladly return your money.
* Prices do not include shipping fee. Shipping fee is charged a minimum of 100php everywhere around Philippines. Customer's shoulder the shipping fee (unless stated). Shipping fee will be added to customer's total amount. We prefer to ship through JRS or 2GO. 
 * Out of the way meet-ups will be charged for travel fare. [i.e. Inside a Village or Compound, house deliveries.]
* All sales are final.
* Haggling session ends after the order form is filled up and prices are agreed.
* No return no exchange policy will be strictly applied.
* Warranty on meet-ups is only good when the customer and seller meets, once they part warranty ends or is considered void.
* The BANANASHOPPE will not be responsible or held liable for items lost or tampered/damaged while in transit. Once handed over/ turned over to the courier, we are no longer liable. We will, however, assist you in any problems you may encounter with the courier.
* Shipment will be made after the confirmation of your payment.
* We will need more time to settle pre-order items, for these cases we will need your understanding and patience. :]
* Instances like running out of ordered item/s may happen for pre-orders, you may choose to be placed on hold or you may choose another item. The BANANASHOPPE however, is not liable for anything in this case, since pre-ordered items are supplier dependent. ;] *Schedule for SHIPMENT and MEET-UPS: * Will depend on seller's schedule and on agreed shipment date.
* Items are usually shipped on a Friday or Weekends.
* For Cebu customers, meet ups will be done only on Fridays at McDo Jones and Saturdays at Ayala Center Cebu.
* Meet up schedule may change depending on the agreement between the seller and customer and availability of both involved.
MORE IMPORTANTLY: Each and every BANANASHOPPE customer is to agree with the terms and condition stated above if they push through with their purchase/s. Failure to have read BANANASHOPPE's terms and condition is no longer under BANANASHOPPE's control. It is a customer's responsibility to do so.
