Before I always viewed Cebu as "just the right place". <img src="http://images.multiply.com/common/smiles/tongue.png"> It wasn't as industrialized as Manila, neither was it too behind the times like some provinces. <img src="http://images.multiply.com/common/smiles/smile.png"> It was just right there in the middle. <img src="http://images.multiply.com/common/smiles/star.png"> It wasn't too busy, traffic, noisy and at the same time not too boring, dull, and silent. <img src="http://images.multiply.com/common/smiles/love.png"> Cebu was the place I'd love to be at. <img src="http://images.multiply.com/common/smiles/wink.png"> I don't know if you have noticed lately... the traffic jams seem to have gotten worst.  <img src="http://images.multiply.com/common/smiles/sad.png"> A number of new buildings are also arising, one after the other.
